Quashing 498a pending in mutual settlement.

Dear Experts Last year we and my wife reaches on settlement in which it was agreed in the front of judge which is written also i have certified copy of that order. In order it is agreed that i will pay 8 lacs to my wife 3 lacs on first motion 2 lacs on 2 nd motion and 3 lacs in quashing. 1st motion done 2nd motion done now my lawyer sent file to them for NOC they said we willnot sign you can put quashing in court and sent notice. What can be the legal consequences and trouble which i can face now Please help 498a
