QUASHING OF PETITION

Dear Sir, is there any sections under we can approach high Court to quash petition like maintenance , HMA 25 filed at lower Court. my wife married thrice including me and filed 498A on all the husbands and s*xual harassment case on 1 person. She filed multiple cases on me

You cannot get her petition quashed but contest it on merits on the basis of the facts mentioned here. If she has already obtained sufficient funds previously from previous husband's than her present application under section25 HMA can get dismissed on this ground.

Thank you for your prompt reply. My wife and her family are professionals. After 4 to 5 , after losing the cases, they will go to high Court or next higher courts which was happened in her and her elder sister cases also. By filing multiple cases and dragging cases for years they will harass and force others to settlement in lakhs. I want to get rid of this LIFELONG courts and petitions without payment
