Seems u can go for quash in HC,AP.Divorce will take 3years and if its MCD soon u wil get.

Taking up the matter for quash with High court will be based on the strong documentary evidences you provide the court.  If 498A has been filed subsequent to filing a divorce case, you have a chance for relief sought for.  Who filed a divorce case and on what grounds, whether the case is being contested by both sides or if the divorce is on mutual consent?  If your wife has filed a divorce case on the grounds of cruelty and if there is mention about the dowry demands and cruelties on that basis, you have to gather all the evidences against her in your support to quash her case, so be in touch with your local lawyer and act wisely. ,
