I have purchase one commercial property from builder on lease hold basis. Whether I can make a rent agreement on the said property.
Whether a NOC required during making sale deed on the above mentioned property, if yes then why NOC is not required in Arjun Nagar and Krishna Nagar, when all the registered office in the same Delhi jurisdiction.
Extended lal dora is not exist in Palam, then why lease and GPA Registry are till continued in Kapashera Court.
Document of “Agreement to Sales” are registered in Self Draw Society, when it is not a right practice but till continued on Kapashera Court.
A GPA holder can execute a Sale Deed in Meharauli and Seelampur jurisdiction, but it was not happen in Kapashera court.
