Query

I Have a query regarding change of name of father when son is above the age of 18 Mukesh a 19 year old guy wants to change his father's name(Anjeet) in consent of his mother and family, Reason Bcz of his father is not living with them (from 10 years) and certain more issues. And all the other expenses are being born by the Family. At his grandfather's will (Dadaji) it is written that Mukesh is entitled to a part of property but not Anjeet(Father) so for not causing any legal hindrances in procedure in implementation of will Can Mukesh can change his fathers name Nd can be adopted to someone other in the family or he can choose not to write father's name in future life.?

if the willed property is your grandfathers self aquired property then he can write it on anyone as per his wish.your father cant lay any claim on the willed property.
