in the case of lilywhite dry cleaner vs munuswami
munuswami gives her saree to drycleaner. after accepting munuswami's offer drycleaner give bill with t&c on back side
so my query is if she doesn't agree with t&c on printed bill. can she refuse to dry clean the cloth ??

Dear Querist,
The terms were unreasonable and Plaintiff was entitled to recover the full value of the saree from the dry cleaner. The receipt carries special conditions and are to be treated as having been duly communicated to the customer and therein a tacit acceptance of these conditions is implied by the customer’s acceptance of the receipt.
