Hi I would request your suggestion for the below query,
i am planning to buy a property (It is in Karnataka state), which was initially in the name of a person (ABC) and after his death it is moved to his wife name (XYZ) and later her death it is now with the name of 2 sons and 2 daughters. each of them are married and have children
my query is
One of the son's daughter who is married and she is not able to come during the sale deed due to medical issues so she has given GPA to his father for the sale of that property. whether this GPA is valid or this GPA needs to be registered ?
