1.vacant land purchased in 1987, constructed the small 350 sq feet house and we paying property tax ,eb from 1994 till now. Now in 2007 we extent the new building in 800 sq feet. The sketch is not approved and plot is not handed over to municipality fill now ie 2009. the document is 6ft * 40 ft = 240 ft less than we occupied on the road side and we found now. drainage is constructed by the municipality before 10 years. we constructed the 2007 building only after the drainage is constructed. the question is can we win if any one / municipality file suit against us to leave the 240 sq ft. ??? kindly inform
