My maintenance and divorce case are going on for the last 3-4 years doing job somewhere. my maintenance is fixed and now paying arrears plus whatever decided per month.
my query is that if I want to start a new work of my own or startup and might quit my job too. can I open a new startup without having it under court scrutiny?
the maitenance fixed for you by court is to be paid any ways, otherwise you will be in arrears; you change of work will not help you anyways, if you have income inflation just file application in court for revision of payment for the monthly maintenance . Only court order can releave you from paying maintenance at certain rate.
