query related to procedure of civil suit

case is pending in allahabad highcourt related to termination from the service on the ground of cancellation of fact ..so my maim question is case is listing on hearing date but not coming on no ..is there any rule to bring the case on no quick on the hearing date

You have to follow up with your advocate to speedily dispose off your advocate. You can also take a second opinion for finding out the actual reason for the delay.
