Question regarding power of attarney

My query is regarding property dispute that arose due to misuse of power of attorney. I have question based on following scenario

Scenario 1: Person A and person B shared a property.Person A executed a power of Attorney in favour of Person B in year 1980.

Scenario 2: After some years Person A and Person B executed a joint power of attorney in favour of person C who is son of person A. This is the latest power of attorney executed by person A and person B.

Question: Is the first power of attorney executed by person A in favour of person B is still valid after second power of attorney executed in favour person C?

Who is legal attorney of person A at this stage?

Unless and Until the First power of Attorney is cancelled, both General Power of Attornies are valid as per law.

If an owner executes two different power of attornies to  two different persons at different times. Which one of the Attornies is valid? If both of them are valid then how you will ressolve the the issue where both signed different contracts to sell the land.
