RCR

Hi,

  I have a question reagrding RCR and divorce process. Can a divorce petition be filed in parallel when RCR case is being contested? Kindly advice.

No if the person himself  has filed the divorce petition.If the other person has filed the RCR then  yes and it can be meged with the divorce suit for analogous hearing provide.
