Recognition Of UK LLB at BCI

I'm a LLB Law student from a UK university. I'm interested to practice law in India.

is my 3 yr LLB from UK eligible to practice as a Lawyer in India?

Pl help me

with regards

Hi,

Go through the site, barcouncilofindia.org, they have given a list of degrees accepted by the BCI. If your syllabus is close to what is prescribed by BCI, then you are eligible, but you need to get it approved by BCI via written communication. Alternatively, you can mail the contact given in their website.
