Recovery of Fake currency by police

Under Section 489 A to 489 E, of I.P.C. Please convey me if any Judgment passed by the Apex Court/Any High Court to defend the accused at Bail stage. Fact is that Recovery of Fake Notes of Rs. 300/- from the possession of accused by the police. And further on the accused pointing the fake currency machine recovered from the possession of main accused.
