I have booked 1 BHK flat at Taloja, Navi Mumbai. I did registration for same flat in Joint Sub Registrar office no. 1 Panvel, in month June 2012. In Index-II, in my current residential address flat no and building name is correct but sector and area is wrong. ( they have entered Sector 7, Kharghar instead of Sector 19, Koparkhairane). All other details like my name, PAN number, address of booked FLAT etc.. are correct.
So, Can I correct it by Rectification Deed? Also please let me know the charges for Rectification Deed in Maharashtra(Panvel).
