our grandfather had 3 sons and 2daughters.he had 12 acres of land bought in 1911,he made settlement to his 3sons on 1970,two sons have sold their share and third is in possession of the land,the daughters were married in 1965 and they have expired will there any right of share to daughters heirs on third son share kindly reply

As your grand-father had made settlement during his life time qua his self acquired property hence his daughter and now their legal heirs have noright to disturb the mentioned settlement.
