Regarding compound wall with neighbouring property

Can my neighbor build walkway touching the compound wall built by me on the border between me and my neighbor? What is the minimum distance needed from the compound wall for such a walkway in the neighbouring property? Please give a clear advice.

He can do it in his plot  not to touch your wall.

Your neighbour has right to build walkway in his plot ,you can't raise objection in this regard legally.

It is his right to pave platform for walking within his territory.

How can you do object it?

He can provide walking path.

Your neighbour is entitled to build a walkway in his own property. Yes, it will be wrong if he uses a portion of your land to contruct it.

There is no minimum or maximum distance required as such.
