my father has filed a civil suit and it is esparte one the court says insufficient court fee and says balance amount to be paid for relief prayed by the plantiff .i had paid the whole court fee but lawyer does not reveal how much he paid for court fee.how do i know this ?can we go to the court and pay it without the lawyer .the case is in vridhachalam cuddalore district and lawyer is from chennai or is there an option to pay online in tamil nadu for court fee.if yes tell me the procedure in both cases.as my lawyer is not cooperating.
