Regarding maintainance

Hi experts,

If wife is having good qualifications, like BE, MBA, OR any master's degree, and not working but capable of working and was working before marriage, do husband still needs to give Alimony or maintainance for them?

Please require ur advice on above issue.

Nothing can be predicted in this regard. Only the court has the discretion to decide if your wife is entitiled to get maintenance or not. Present trend is very unpredictable.
