Regarding mutual consent divorce

if in a mutual consent divorce MoU, if the statement reads as " the petitioner and respondent will not file any cases on each other, rather using word as "parties will not file any cases on each other", also where in petitioner (wife) is withdrawing criminal cases on so and so ground (may be i (wife) filed case with wrong guidance of my parents, relatives), in this situation will respondent (husband) lose the chance of not to file any case against FIL, MIL, Uncle-in law, as they have witnessed FIR, and forced wife to write it? Surely husband cannot file any more case against wife, but about in-laws?

if in a mutual consent divorce MoU, if the statement reads as " the petitioner and respondent will not file any cases on each other,

opinion: It represents same as husband and wife and vice versa.

rather using word as "parties will not file any cases on each other", also where in petitioner (wife) is withdrawing criminal cases on so and so ground (may be i (wife) filed case with wrong guidance of my parents, relatives), in this situation will respondent (husband) lose the chance of not to file any case against FIL, MIL, Uncle-in law, as they have witnessed FIR, and forced wife to write it?

Opinion:  Don't worry you are not the alone lady in this country who had filled fake cases on the words of her parents, relatives and lawyers. However, a MOU which both parties has crafted with conclusion to not file any cases on each other, then stay cool and no need to worry.

Surely husband cannot file any more case against wife, but about in-laws?

Opinion: To eradicate these butterflies in your stomach, simply make a clause that whoever husband/wife and his/her family, relatives, friends and whomsoever this MOU effect can't file any cases on each other and vice versa during the procedure of MCD and after MCD and at anytime after when this MOU Comes into effect.Nothing withstand in this clause to follow the guidelines,by those who are directly or indirectly involved.

Good luck))
