I want to buy a land from a ST who owns more than 3 acers of non agricultural land. Does odisha land act allow
s to do so? Can you please advise the SC/ST law enforced in Odisha. can a non tribal buy land from a tribal? kindly advise. Thank you!
If any SC/ST transfer his/her rights over the land, he/she shall obtain prior permission from the Joint Collector/District Collector concerne.
