Regarding who have rights on property

Hi.. A male person saravan was born on 1950, his father is senthil ,his mother is meenshi but his mother was wife of senthil's brother. Senthil's wife is kanaga and they have a daughter. Saravanan have proof for the son of senthil like passport,voterid, driving license. Now who have property rights? Thank you.

both the boy and girl can claim their rights, boy can cliam the rights on the property if he senthil is the biological father of the boy and/or if the snethil had adopted him as a child.

Hi Rohit, Thanks for reply.. But before 1970 I think so, all property rights will be go to male generation only? Thats is saravanan was born on 1950, so his father was born on 1920(approx). On overview, senthil have one son and one daughter, senthil born on 1920, saravanan born on 1950, kanaga born after saravanan only.. I think u got my point!! Thanks..

Hi Rohit, Thanks for reply.. But before 1970 I think so, property rights will be go to male generation only. That is senthil was born on 1920(approx), saravanan was born on 1950, after saravanan born only kanaga was born. On overview senthil have one son saravanan and have one daughter kanaga. So the property rights wil be go to male son saravanan or both male & female have? Thank you..
