hi I am doctor by profession,i belong to 2A community. I come under creamy layer category. so not eligible to claim under 2A for education & employment. But a karnataka govt circular SWD 17 BCA 99 states that for higher posts whos salary crosses the limit,can also claim under their respective category provided they meet the eligibility, also their salary should not be taken into account for consideration. so please opine me about this creamy layer consideration for higher posts where even lower post salary crosses minimum prescribed limit to issue the caste certificate.
