Registered will dispute

grandfather cancelled registered will 2 years back.. In that will ,it gives share to my father and his sister.. now grandfather died without a will.. so how share will split.. is tat cancelled will can come into force because at present no will statement with us..

Any WILL be it registered can be cancelled.

If cancelled the property shall devolve upon legal heirs/successors as per personal law applicable to deceased owner e.g Hindu Succession Laws.....

The question arises is the evidence of cancellation of WILL available?
