I am letting my house for rental purpose for 3 years in Bangalore, yearly 7.5% increase in rental. Rental for my house is 67000, now I need to get this registered in Sub-Registrar office. Please can anyone let me know how much will be the charges on both Stamp Duty and Registration.

1% for every one hundre rupees or part thereof on THE TOTAL AMOUNT/VALUE, THE AVERAGE ANNUAL RENT
