Kudos to Husband. Good move by him to set a benchmark

1. your written english is good as seen from the post from which i have to state that you are quite capable of getting a Job and would be able to earn your living . Rather than being dependent on your husband you can live with pride . Nowdays inspite of being qualified they want to stick to a husbands income like a leach .

2.From your post i understand that maintenance has not been passed by the court so how can your husband give maintenance until and unless he voluantrly wants to give . 

3. if your husband is filing IT returns of 3 lacs and the same has been submitted in court on what basis do you state that he is earning 12 lacs do you have any document to prove the same . Is your lawyer not  efficient enough to get the maintenance passed . Can your lawyer not call for details from his employer like provident fund details , employers salary account etc .
