I met with an accident before 1 month and my leg is broken and i went on surgery . the lorry which dashed to my bike is not known. now police has filed FIR based on my oral statement. now what is the next step? can i file criminal as well as civil case parallely? can anyone please elaborate the process as to what will be the next steps till judgement? how can i find that lorry?

The police will file the criminal case and you can file a motor accident insurance compensation claim before MACT.

Can I seek the expenses of accomodation near hospital and hospital bills and my hotel bills and my personal physiotherapy for legs bill????
