Release deed

my father having ancisteral property. In 1991 they made partition from my grandfather to father name. Father having elder sister her name not included in partition. Now we can take a release deed for ancisteral property from her. please suggest me....

Hello,

As per query already property is partitioned and transferred to your father's name so now taking the release deed is not possible. State full facts of the case or visit a local advocate and consult with him.
