reliving letter and experience letter and salary

I have worked in one company for last one year. and I resigned 4 months ago but still I didn't receive salary of last month and reliving letter also.

Serve your employer legal notice claiming your dues in time bound period.

If employer does not clear legitimate dues then file case at competent court.
