In an appeal before State Consumer Commission, the Consumer Complaint has been set aside. As the value of service is below 20 Lacs rupees, no appeal lies against State Commission order before National Commission as per section 19 r/w 17 (a) (i) of Consumer Protection Act,1986. Is Revision Petition before National Commission a viable option ? What remedies are available to me against State Commission's ruling ? Expert advocates advice is highly appreciated. Thanks.
