Remedy in Civil Writ Petition

A civil writ petition is admitted in High Court before a SINGLE Hon'ble Judge . In this regard please inform :--

1. what is the remedy against an Interim Order ?

2. What is the remedy against final judgement ?

It depends on nature of the writ . if it is of original jurisdiction, in both the cases, remedy lie by filing of special appeal before the bench. If it is against the order/judgment of any court, authority, tribunal then remedy lies in supreme court /
