Rental Property

Need your guidance, if a propery has been rented and later finds that the property was extended which was declared by the Municipal corporation that the structure was illegal and unauthorised and later demolished do i still have any right on the exisiting land in the below circumstances

1. structure has been completely demolished

2. structure has been 60 percent demolished with roof, main entrance wall and once of the side wall removed.

if not liable under which section i am not liable to stay on the said demolished structure.
