What is the relevance / correlation of your question qua payment of debts outstanding against deceased father as posted by you ?

If she is neither a gurantor nor any witness to any document of loan then she is not legally bound to pay anything. If the deseased had any property then that would be adjusted from that,
However the daughter is not legally bound nor can be forced by any court or law to pay fathers debt, but morally she has duty to pay it.

All the legal heirs ( son & daughter ) are liable to pay their deceased father's debt.

As a legal heir, your liability is limited to the extent of the estate, if any, you have inherited from the late father. Of course, you would be liable if you had been a guarantor to the said debt.
