Representation of employee as lawyer

Can a employee of the company who is also authorised signatory represent a case in session court? If than gentleman hold membership of bar council,will it valid? If not, what will be the consequence ?

Authorised signatory can appear before quasi judicial authorities like CLB, he is not permitted to appear in court. Only an Advocate or a person who is a party himself before the court. An advocate can not be the employee. either he can be advocate or employee.
