Request for death certificate from VAO

My father has expired in Andhra Pradesh. I am from Tamil Nadu. We got the body from nearest police station with official letter signed by police inspector mentioned that the death happened naturally due to heart attack. Is that letter is enough to get death certificate from my VAO. Please advice. What I have to do?

Death by Heart Attack is not Natural.

Police Inspector can not certify Death by Heart Attack.

Death by heart attacK IS NOT NATURAL AS YOUR FATHER WAS IN POLICE CUSTODY.pLOLICMAN'S STATEMENT THAT DEATH OCCURED NATURALLY MAY BE FALSE. tHOROUGH INVESTIGATION MUST BE DONE AND   fiR BE FILED AGAINST THE REAL ACCUSED PERSONS.
