Dear Respected Lawyers,
one of nephew intends to move to Canada for furtehr studies, kindly let me know in that case what all verification would be done?
1) since last 5.6 yrs he is living in Bangalore.
2) during his college days i.e. almost 5 years back he fought and was involved into a fight and there was a small case but its been 5.6 years he is living out and there is no problem...
3) we are just worried if that can have any influence on his further studies...
4) pls guide me about the rules/laws pertainig to a students who goes abroad pertaining to his background/criminal check...
5) any additional information would definietely help us
