I have purchase CIDCO open Plot @ Aurangabad ( Maharashtra ) with 3 other friend jointly to built Appartment for self use. One of them has take respocibility to build and we have agreed to give him fixed amount . This was fixed almost 2 and half year back now after almost completing 50 % construction he has increased constrction cost by 5 Lacs and stop constrction . Other two member also is with him. We have not done any agreement for this. Property has registered jointly in our names and I had given 20 Lacs for this aganst deal of 30 Lacs . 7 lacs by cheque and balance by cash. As Land cost is increased almost by thrice he has now thretained me with other 2 member that either pay 5 lacs more or take your money
