Requirement of a lawyer


Hi All,

We presently looking out for a Lawyer to work for our company. Please look in to our website www.suksh.com for know us better. Job description is below:-


Responsibility

a)Will answer user queries on legal for our real estate website

b)Will be responsible to give legal opinions for all legal queries in Bangalore

c)Will be responsible for liaising with Legal people/Brokers across the country and get the Business rolling for all queries on Legal Opinion ,Buying/Selling and Registration

d)Should be able to maintain good relations with Govt Officials and Stamp Duty Registrar offices

e)Should be able to maintain good relations with Banks and be able to get Business through them for Legal and Valuation Matters

f)Preferably be able to represent the Client in Litigation Related issues

 

 

Requirements

a)Should be LLB and should be specialized in Real Estate Matters or should have atleast 2 years of practice in Legal Matters specialising Real Estate

b)Should have good communication and writing skills
c)Preferably be Entrepreneurial Driven

would be interested if an attractive package is offered. presently am working as Senior Legal Adviser i.e. equivalent to Vice President of the Company. Company is engaged in Real Estates and having huge investments in lands, construction and many more projects. presently am looking after the same as narrated above.
