WHOLEHEARTED THANKS TO BOTH THE MATURE & TIMELY ADVICES.

 

WELL, THE ADVICE TO GO THROUGH THE FORMER ADVICE ALSO DOES MAKE SENSE. Even at the start, it is pertinent to place it on record that quiet a bit of homework has been done. Competent RTIs have already been filed on Reservation & also on Census, Data Collection, Data Collectors, Processes, Formats, Proofs, Criterias, Justifications etc etc. Despite these detailed RTIs including several possible aspects, they may not be the end of it. But, I am very sure, they throw sufficient details. All said & done, be sure that this matter will definitely reach the topmost court. Thus, it will need thorough brain storming, thorough preparation. Let it be remembered that no bad is meant to anyone. But, DEFINITELY NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO EAT ON SOMEONE ELSE'S PLATTER FOR 30-45 YEARS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, WHOEVER, WHATEVER, WHATEVER IT BE. As it has already been clarrified, NO INDIAN SHOULD DIE FOR BASIC NEEDS. But, NO LUXURY. If someone is brilliant, they be enrolled & incubation support be given for 10-15 years. After that it is all what is called as "Military system" in common man's parlance. Then on, everybody, whoever, whoever, top, bottom, this or that will have to satisfy the contributors & then take home their pay packets. No question of claiming right, strike etc. The policy should take care of the huge, diverse population that we are, definitely not the way it is working today. Well lot has already been said, lot more can be shared at apt times. But, as has been suggested, there need be a beginning.
