Reservation for obc students in medical pg seats in state government colleges in the neet aiq allotments

The Central Government has the policy of reserving seats in admission in educational institutes for the students of OBC community to the extent of 27 %. The NEET PG 2018 allotment of seats by the Ministry of Health and Family welfare in the State Government colleges for the 50 % all India Quota, grave injustice is meted out to the students of OBC communities as they are being denied reservation in the state Government colleges under the AIQ allotment by the ministry of Health and family welfare of the Government of India. The Ministry of Health and family welfare of the Government of India, after taking over the allotment of seats in State Government Colleges, is forcing the OBC student to compete for the unreserved seats by denying the lawful reservation to the OBC students in these colleges. The NEET PG 2018 examination authority while announcing the results have also announced the Category Ranking of the OBC students but has failed to allot any seat in the seat matrix under the OBC category in the AIQ of State Government Colleges, thus deny the students of OBC category any seats in the State government colleges in the all India Quota for allotment of seats in medical Post Graduate Intuitions across colleges in India. I request to advise on the possibility getting a direction to immediately reserve seats in all State Government Medical Colleges in the all India Quota for Post Graduate Medical Admissions.

If the affected party is aggrieved then may write to the concerned authority under proper acknowledgment and ask for reply.

If required follow up thru RTI route..

The defects, variances, whatever must come out.
