Can somebody tell me reason(s) for and against making it mandatory for the private sectors to comply with Revervation Acts in all jobs. Which parties are against it and who are for the reservation and what are their differing views on the issue?
What are the point of view of the Desi , Semi-Videshi and Videshi enterprises? Is there a data available what is the present break-up of employment castewise, communitywise etc for all private sectors.Do they follow any rules? I have the experience that people are engaged on personal references and employed without any formal letter of employment. Is our employment records in public as well as private enterprises updated? Which ministry is responsible for it?
