Residental proff (certificate) in other state

I am a tribal belongs to Odisha. I have married to a tribal from M.P. Recently I have purchased a land in M.P. I would like to know, whether I am eligible get residential certificate by virtue of the purchased land patta, which would help my children's education or job in M.P. please educate me.
