My 2nd brothers wife left my brother 6 years back and 2 days back she kept case in NELLORE (Andhra pradesh) woman PS. on 6 people(my family parents and brothers)
Sections 498A and 307 . they are demanding money which we cannot affrod.
Please let us know how to take anticipatory bail , I have FIR number with me. Can i apply ancipatory bail in any court or should apply only in Hyderabad - Highcourt. How much time it take to apply , how much cost for 6 people.
She kept case on innocent people who never visited my brother house after there marriage. they managed police and kept case on whole family. Please advice.
