I have tendered my resigns conditioned to certain dues settlement by the employer and same is written and signed by me & my employer.
Employer has violated that conditions and not settling those dues, so what are the options I am having ------
1--- Can I file a FIR/ case of cheat & misrepresentations .?
2---- Can I claim the wages from the date conditional resignation tendered as conditions are not fulfilled ?
3--- Can I claim reinstatement if dues are not settled.
