I have a small doubt. please suggest me .
i have filed a E.P. in the civil court for recovery of my suit amount, the defendent has come to me and said dthat if i file the NOT PRESS memo his amount will be released from his office and he will pay me the decreed amount for which he has given me the undertaking . thinking that it will be good I and my claint has files the memo and the E.P was closed . with in three days from filing the memo the defendent has died and now i have to file the restoration petition but the law not clear , so i request you friend to suggest me some citations to file the E.P. restoration
