Dear Experts,
We have 5 acres agri land at south Tamil Nadu in 1987 my father had mortgaged this land to the individual for Rs. 7000/- and the mortgage is registered. Due to my father's transferable job he is not able to see the property.
We would like to retain our property can you please help us how to restore the property its been almost 23 years.
