Sirs, Good Evening. On the decision of Apex Court, a review petition was filed and the same is dismissed. But, the decisions rendered by Apex Court were not brought to its notice during the course of hearing. It is the case of NR Parmar Vs.Union of India, wherein the Hon'ble Court directed that the interse seniority of direct recruit inspectors should be given seniority considering the date of notification of advertisement. Seniority of thousands of promotees has been recast and had its negative impact on promotees all over the country.
