actually I had filed a revision petition before the Sessions Court for modification of impugned order that allows the release but not on prayer of Indemnity bond but allowed release on furnishing personal bond and disallowed the sale.
Now the district judge has directed us to file an application under 440 of CrPC
You can furnish the bond as directed by court.
Section 440 – Amount of bond and reduction thereof
The amount of every bond executed under this chapter shall be fixed with due regard to the circumstances of the case and shall not be excessive.
