Thanks a lot sir for your valuable reply. As per advice caveat has been filed. Other action will be doing in due course. Meanwhile, since I am only the legal guardian and not taking any benefit from the property, is there any way to reduce the stamp duty amount when i file a declaration of suit to make the illegal revocation of gift deed null and void.
I am requesting the above information since I am only the legal guardian of the property and the property belongs to 4 minors.
Experts opinion solicited.
