A woman is a great lord of wealth , she has inherited that property from his uncle via will (after it, probate decree by learned District and Session Court). Now she hold exclusive interest of the property. She has four son. She wants to give the fourth part of his property to his youngest son. Will the younger son have the right to sell after writing on stamp paper by the ladies above mentioned ?
